Slot.It KK12b Sidewinder Conversion Kit with 0.5mm Offset Motor Mount.  Kit includes:

• 1 sidewinder Z34 18mm spur gear
• 1 M2x3mm set screw
• 1 Z11 6.5mm brass pinion
• 2 spherical bushings
• 1 sidewinder EVO6 motor mount (1.0mm offset)

Note:  You will need a hex driver to tighten/loosen the set screws that secure the gear to the axle (not included).  See "Related Products".
