Refund policy

Please contact us at 603.753.6263 PRIOR to returning any items for an RMA number.  We will provide detailed instructions including the address to ship items to.  Returned items must be in new and unused condition, in original unopened packaging, and in resellable condition. Items that have been opened or used, unless damaged or defective, are not eligible to be returned.  All returns must be shipped back to Slot Car Corner within 15 calendar days of the original purchase date. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items.  For returns other than defects/damages or incorrectly shipped items, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be made to the original payment account (e.g. Paypal, credit card). Custom fabricated items, track braiding products, controllers and digital chips are not eligible for refunds.  Custom fabricated items include driver stations (controller hookup panels), power taps and controller adapters.  You are responsible for payment of shipping charges for returned items.  A shipping service with delivery confirmation is recommended.  Slot Car Corner Inc. will reimburse you for return shipping if you receive an incorrect or defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within ten (10) calendar days of our receipt of returned items.
