Difalco Design Resistor Network, Custom

$26.99
SKU: DD258
U/M:

Difalco Design Genesis and Neo 30-band controllers include a small Printed Circuit Board (PCB) which plugs into the main PCB.  The smaller PCB is a resistor "network" which lets racers fine-tune their controller response to best match a particular motor, track layout and/or personal driving style.  For the DD301, DD302 and DD304 controllers which are designed for 1/32 racing, the stock resistor network provides 290 ohms (total) of resistance.  Several standard replacement networks are available or you can configure your own using one of the Custom Network Resistor Networks shown here.

  • DD258 (136, 162, 192 Ohms) - Slow response - 33 each of 3 different value resistances let you customize response for higher speed tracks and motors.  136 (4.7 ohm), 162 (5.6 ohm) and 198 (6.8 ohm) ohms of total resistance if the same value is used per band or you can mix and match response to best suit your track and driving style.
  • DD259 (87, 113, 136 Ohms) - Faster response - 33 each of 3 different value resistances let you customize response for higher speed tracks and motors.  87 (3.0 ohm), 113 (3.9 ohm) and 136 (4.7 ohm) ohms of total resistance if the same value is used per band or you can mix and match response to best suit your track and driving style.
  • DD260 (46, 64, 87 Ohms) - Fastest response - 33 each of 3 different value resistances lets you customize response for high speed tracks and motors.  46 (1.6 ohm), 64 (2.2 ohm) and 87 (3.0 ohm) ohms of total resistance if the same value is used per band or you can mix and match response to best suit your track and driving style.
  • DD264 (113, 162, 290 Ohms) - "West Coast Network" - Specially selected resistance values selected for Retro, Scale, and 1:32 racing gives a flatter response over the first 20 controller bands.  This lets the racer drive in the middle of the bands and negotiate difficult and twisty track sections with ease.  191 total ohms when set up as suggested.  33 each of 3.9 ohm, 5.6 ohm and 10 ohm resistors.
  • DD265 Special power curve for H.O. racing designed by multi-time HOPRA national champion Roger Porcelli.  Includes fifteen (15) each of the following resistor values - 6.2, 8.2, 10 and 13 ohms.  Total resistance is 280 ohms when setup as recommended (click here).
